1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vatan Global Alliance platform ("VatanGA"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Membership

VatanGA offers five membership levels: Basic and Volunteer (free), Member ($100), Business ($250) and Sponsor ($5,000). Every paid level is a single one-time payment — there is no subscription and nothing renews. The Business Club is a separate product with its own plans. You can request a refund within 30 days of a payment. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you confirm payment.

5. Content Guidelines

Users may not post content that is: illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights. VatanGA reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Business Listings & Classifieds

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. VatanGA does not guarantee the quality of services listed. Classified ads must be truthful and comply with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

VatanGA is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
